T- Ball Season

Baker loves baseball. He loves and is terrific at every position - pitcher, catcher and hitter. What better way to have fun than join a T-Ball team? Baker is pretty shy around a bunch of kids - especially when he doesn't know them. At first, Baker was having nothing to do with the team and wasn't interested in playing at all. But, Coach Jon asked if he could try to get Baker to participate - why not, we had nothing to lose. Baker started out by playing catch with Coach Jon and then became his "assistant". Baker was asked to set up the helmets, bats and balls for the first couple of practices. From there, Baker had a great time. He loved going to T-Ball on Thursday and playing games on Saturdays. It was a great season and we will sign him up again in the Fall.

Stiteler Cabin

Absolutely blurry; absolutely love

One last fishing attempt before we get packed up to leave

He did it! Baker caught his first fish! And, isn't real impressed.

We headed to the Stiteler Cabin (Chad and Gretchen's family cabin) over the 4th. We camped 1 night and had a wonderful time - can't wait until next year - hint, hint (if C&G are reading). We fished, played in the boat and of course swam. And, we will never forget that Baker caught his first fish at the Stiteler cabin and Makenzie enjoyed her first camping experience there. It's awesome to build these great memories.
