Naked

Our little 10 month wiggle worm wouldn't sit still for this impromptu photo session (I am working to learn how to use my new camera and lens). And, the big 4 year old wiggle worm wasn't interested in posing in his underwear (can you blame him)?
And, the reason for the nakedness? Well, it's 85 degrees outside at 6pm.

Whistler Basics

Baker sporting his bike clothes

Go Baker

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

She loved it

As always, Baker is cracking his sister up

Baker is EXHAUSTED after riding almost 9 miles....so, what do we do when we are not close to the condo?

Figure out a way to get his BIG BIKE on top of the trailer
and have him sit in there with his sister

Um, ya, I was exhausted!!! Pulling 2 kids, a bike and myself up hill was NOT fun,
but I made it....thank god!

Baker swimming (he figured it out on his own)

Cannonball............

So, that's what our days were like....up in the morning for a bike ride, come back and play in the pool, the kids take a nap, wake up and swim some more and than out for an afternoon bike ride. For the first time in 5 years - it did rain 5 out of 8 days. It was a bummer, but we still had a great time. More to come...

The discovery...

...and the riding

For our annual Kelling family biking trip to Whistler, Baker needed a new bike. We realized when we were at the Ocean in May that his bike was just too small. So, Grandma and Grandpa surprised him with a new bike for an early birthday gift - so it could be used at Whistler. Baker was soooo excited.

Girls

We spent some time at my parents and Makenzie played with her friend, Olivia. The two had a great time together - passing binky's back and forth. And, this is how Makenzie spent her afternoon - sound asleep. It's tough being 9 months old.

Flintstone Style

Baker took Makenzie out for a little spin around the deck. As you can see - she hated it :)

Running from the Ocean

Ocean Shores

We spent Memorial Day weekend at Ocean Shores. We would start the morning with a nice long bike ride, come back for some pool time, ocean time, kite flying/fishing time, lunch time, more pool time, maybe an evening activity and then start the day all over again. The weather was amazing the entire time. We look forward to going back soon!
