The first day we spent at the Point Defiance Zoo and it was HOT! The first week of August, I think it was almost 100! It was a great day but we needed more water :)

The Isaac Family...

For the first time since our wedding - 9 years ago - my entire family was together in the same house, let alone the same State. My brother, Ryan and his family from North Carolina came out for a week and my brother, Karsten and his girlfriend, AiLun came out for a long weekend. It was so wonderful to be with everyone. It was very easy to get Tristan and Laura and then us all down to my parents. The only downfall - where the heck was everyone going to sleep? So, the kids and I stayed at the neighbors house which was fun, since her husband is over in Iraq protecting our country!
