Makenzie's 1st Bath

Starts off all nice and warm...
That didn't last long
COLD!!!!!
Santa has come early this year :)

Not too sure about this...

Nope, not a fan!

And, everything is again right with the world

Makenzie had her first bath and really wasn't a fan! Baker LOVES the water. We literally can't get him out and he constantly wants to take baths (that's probably a good thing). But, Miss Kenz doesn't like to be cold and she has really bad circulation so it's easy for her to get cold. Well, I guess we will see how the next bath goes.

***Just for the record, I am behind on posting, so don't worry we did not just give Makenzie her first bath 5 weeks after she was born***

Daddy's Little Girl

Playdate with the Zalubil's

The Zalubil's came over from Richland for Columbus Day weekend (thank goodness for banking holidays). Baker and Zach had a great time playing air hockey and "punching hands" together. Thank goodness Jen brought her set too. It looks like Randy was even having a good time with the punching hands. Thanks guys for fitting us into your busy weekend. It was great to see you all!

Stoney Ridge Farm

Baker's "corn" maze

Hay ride

This year Green Green = Bad Bad

Red/Green = Good Good!!!

This is Baker's pumpkin
And one for Makenzie (chosen by Baker)

Carly and Andy admire their little pumpkin :)

Carly holds MANY pumpkins for Baker

If you look closely you will notice that Baker is trying to pull this pumpkin

Baker is going on a train ride

We went out to Stoney Ridge Farm on a beautiful Saturday morning. We picked up Carly and Andy on the way out to join us. We had a great time watching the animals, going on the hay ride, picking out pumpkins, riding trains and of course drinking delicious caramel apple cider and eating donuts.

Boys and their Bikes

B is for Baker...Baker literally stopped in the middle of the street to jump off his bike and point out the "B".

In Sync....Like Father, Like Son
For Shane's "thank you for making me a mommy again" gift, I decided to bite the bullet and buy him the new bike that he has been wanting! Key word WANTING, not needing. We took Baker along with Makenzie to the cemetary for a nice bike ride/walk. The boys had a great time riding ahead of us girls and Shane was working on some new tricks on his new bike (Baker tried too, but wasn't very successful at the tricks ---darn training wheels).

Soooooo Big!

As Kenz blew out another diaper which meant another sleepwear outfit, I decided to put her in a sleep sack for her nap. As you can see she doesn't quite fit in it! It's a bit large but I am confident that she will grow into it. Here she is sleeping in one of her main positions with her arms above her head. She gets this from her brother!
